Who would you conact in the event of any Legacy billing issues?

  • epays@stateauto.com : Where the insured or agent would send completed e-pay forms. 
  • requestpay@stateauto.com : The processing team who can refund agency sweeps, transfer money from/to exceed from/to mainframe, transfer money from Legacy to Connect, and correct a misapplied amount from a check.
