How to change the pay plan in Mainframe 

• From the PIBC/MIBC screen, change PIBC/MIBC to PUBC/MUBC and press enter.
• Change PUBC/MUBC to ARSB/ARS7. For personal press enter; for commercial, tab to the ISS field. 
• Enter the following:  ISS = M, EFF = Today’s date as mmddyy (or renewal date), RSN = XZZ; then press enter.  
  Note:  The RSN code should be XZZ unless an auto policy is being switched to or from full pay that may qualify for a paid in full discount; then enter CPP as the RSN.
• Tab to the Bill Class field and enter the new pay plan code, press enter. 
• Type PT over BC and press enter twice. 
  Note:  You should see a successful message appear if processed correctly.  
• If you receive an error message, ask for help.
• Note Exceed when the change is complete.
