Why would you need to change a Legacy pay plan in Exceed 

• The main reason to change the pay plan in Exceed is to update the plan ASAP if a payment is past due, currently due, or is soon to be due. If we can afford to wait for the overnight change to process from Mainframe, you do not have change in both. 
  Note:  If a renewal is pending cancellation and the pay plan needs to be changed, a payment must be collected before we can process the pay plan change.
