How to reset a customer's Legacy policy password in FIS 

  • In FIS, from the Customers tab do a Customer Search.
  • In the Account Number field, enter the account number using caps.   
  • Click on the insured’s name. 
  • Next to Login Information click Edit. 
  • Type in a temporary password and press update. 
  • The insured will be asked to create a new password on their next login.
