How to add another Legacy policy number to the insured's Pay Now account in FIS

  • In FIS, from the Customer tab do a Customer Search. 
  • Key the account number that is currently set up with their online account in all caps and press go. 
  • Click the enrolled customer’s name. 
  • Click the Accounts tab. 
  • Click Associate an account. 
  • Key the account number to be added and click Go. 
  • Add the account. 

Note:  A policy can not be associated with more than one online account.  If the account you are trying to add is associated with another online account just deactivate or remove from the other online account.
