Farm and Ranch - Why is the Proceed Button Grey
- 2 things possible
- In PolicyCenter, we have to make sure the Account name and quote name are the same (sometimes agents change the name halfway through and the system won't let them continue)
- They have to check the boxes at the top for the Effective Date and Payment Types:
- They also need to enter the email address and phone number
- If you add it and it still doesn't turn green, also add it in CL PC
- They also need to enter the email address and phone number
